Cancellation Policy
Equalitas Certifications Limited believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3 hours of placing a Certification Request. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained for the payment of bills of Equalitas Certifications Limited.
- Payment made against bill/ invoice generated by ECL can not be canceled.
Refund Policy
When you buy our services and cancel your order within the specified time, You shall be refunded your deposited amount after deducting the applicable transaction charges(if any). Please mention your order number (sent to you via email after placing the order) and optionally share with us why you are requesting a refund we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as certificates delivered being mishandled due to lack of knowledge. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
